Class Announcements WEEK OF AUGUST 16, 2010BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT ROCKED!
Thank you, parents, for the most fabulous back to school night ever! We had such an awesome turnout and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces. It was nice to meet all of the "new" faces, too. By meeting and talking with you all, I just know we are going to have a great year. Thanks to Mollie Richter (Cece's mom), who volunteered to be our main (APT) room parent. She will be assisted by Anne Hill (Addison's mom) and Sarah Dessoy (Emma's mom) in coordinating all future parent volunteers and classroom parties. HOMEWORK - ONLINE AND OFF Starting Monday, August 23, you will be able to find your child's spelling list right here on our classroom web site. The list will appear as an attachment in the "HOMEWORK" section located at the bottom of this web page. In the future, I may even include the spelling homework here as well. (I'm not a techie so I'm not making any promises).
WISH LIST IN THE WORKS Thanks to all the generous parents who expressed an interest in donating items to our classroom this year. I am currently working on a wish list and Mrs. Combs (Teddy's mom) has offered to coordinate the donations for us. Many thanks to Mrs. Combs for offering her services and for making our first classroom donation -- that giant bean bag chair ROCKS! AUGUST BIRTHDAYS
